If you don't know what auto-tune is it's the pitch correction that "artists" like T-Pain and Kanye overuse these days to attempt to make their voices sound like Roger Troutman. YO! So, I started a new blog because my other one got lame and pointless. I figured I'd start a new one and give it some direction. This blog really won't contain much writing, strictly just videos with minimal words for a description. I wanted to start this because I think MTV and television in general is a joke. The explanation for my "Bring back Yo! MTV Raps" theme: Yo! MTV Raps stopped airing in 1995. That was way too long ago and way to early for me to have even known about the show. Since then, MTV (and television in general) is now filled with bullshit and doesn't even have anything to do with music. And when you actually get to see a music video, it's all the same cliche shit. Most of television today is filled with "reality" shows, and I think these "reality" shows haven't even been "real" since COPS. So, for the people who aren't in love with chasing the fame game, I started this to offer an alternative to put their reality in check for a few minutes a day. For the first video of the day, it's only right to post "What They Do" by the Roots. This video is a satire of what most "rap" videos contain and gives a clear idea of why I hate commercial rap.
